These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Jetset with Jenna's website and travel planning services.

1. About our Services
Jetset With Jenna provides travel planning, itinerary creation, travel recommendations, and booking assistance services. We act as an independent travel advisor and facilitator. We do not own, operate, manage, or control airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, transportation companies, tour operators, activity providers, or any other third-party travel suppliers. All travel products and services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective suppliers.
3. Third-Party Suppliers
All travel arrangements are booked through independent third-party suppliers.
Jetset With Jenna is not responsible for:Supplier insolvency or bankruptcy, Schedule changes, Service interruptions, Overbookings, Supplier errors, Changes in accommodation standards, Excursion cancellations, Any act or omission of third-party providers. Any claims relating to travel services must be addressed directly with the relevant supplier.
2. Booking & Payments
A booking is not confirmed until payment has been received and written confirmation has been issued. Prices are subject to availability and may change without notice until a booking is confirmed. Any deposits or payments made may be subject to supplier-specific cancellation and refund policies. Service fees paid to Jetset With Jenna are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
4. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included in any booking unless explicitly stated.
We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering: Medical emergencies, Trip cancellation, Trip interruption, Lost luggage, Personal belongings, Flight delays, Personal liability.Travellers are responsible for ensuring they have suitable insurance coverage before departure.
5. Flight Check-In Responsibility
Travelers are solely responsible for: Online check-in, Airport check-in, Seat selection, Baggage selection, Passport verification requirements, Airline notifications and schedule updates, Jetset With Jenna is not responsible for missed flights resulting from failure to check in within airline deadlines.
6. Delays, Cancellations & Travel Disruptions
Jetset With Jenna is not liable for delays, cancellations, missed connections, scedule changes, or service disruptions caused by: Airlines, Airports, Rail operators, Cruise companies, Hotels, Tour operators, Government actions, Weather conditions, Natural disasters, Strikes, Political unrest, Public health events, Other circumstances beyond our control. Additional expenses arising from such disruptions remain the responsibility of the traveller unless covered by travel insurance or the supplier.
7. Passports, Visas & Travel Documentation
Travellers are responsible for ensuring they possess: Valid passports, Required visas, Entry permits, Vaccination certificates, Health documentation, Any other required travel documentation. Jetset With Jenna is not liable for denied boarding, refused entry, or additional costs resulting from incomplete or invalid documentation.
8. Health & Fitness to Travel
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel and participate in any booked activities. Any medical conditions, allergies, mobility requirements, or special needs should be disclosed before booking. Jetset With Jenna accepts no responsibility for health issues arising during travel.
9. Personal Belongings
Travellers are solely responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
Jetset With Jenna shall not be liable for: Lost luggage Stolen items Damaged property, Forgotten belongings, Lost travel documents, Personal valuables. Claims relating to loss or damage should be made through the relevant supplier, insurance provider, or local authorities.
11. Client Conduct
Travellers are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow travellers, staff, suppliers, and local communities.
We reserve the right to terminate travel arrangements without refund where behaviour is abusive, dangerous, disruptive, unlawful, or puts others at risk.
13. Force Majeure
Jetset With Jenna shall not be responsible for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: Natural disasters, Severe weather, War, Terrorism, Epidemics or pandemics, Government restrictions, Industrial action, Transportation failures
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jetset With Jenna shall not be liable for: Direct losses, Indirect losses, Consequential losses, Missed travel arrangements, Lost enjoyment, Loss of income, Additional travel costs, Personal injury, Property damage arising from the use of our services or any third-party travel arrangements.
12. Group Trips
For hosted or group trips: Itineraries may change due to operational requirements, Minimum participant numbers may apply, Certain activities may be weather dependent., Shared experiences may involve interaction with other travelers. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of a trip unless required by law.
14. Privacy
Any personal information collected will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information necessary to arrange your travel.
15. Changes to These Terms
Jetset With Jenna reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
