No. All bookings are final and non-refundable. As group trips require advance payments to hotels, activity providers and travel suppliers, we are unable to offer refunds once your booking has been confirmed. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance immediately after booking.

That's completely normal. Many of our guests are travelling solo for the first time. We create a welcoming and supportive environment to help everyone feel comfortable from the moment they arrive.

We expect all travelers to be respectful, inclusive and considerate of others throughout the trip. Any behavior that negatively impacts the experience of other guests may result in removal from the trip without refund.
